Default broken leaf spring...

so I was driving out to the fair grounds tonight for the fireworks and one of my buddies in the car in front of me calls me up and says my jeep is sagging to the right. so i get out and look, and my front drivers side is sprung in the air and the rear is sagging down waaay low. i look and the ends of the leaf is below my axle. the lift is just over a year old and im hoping rough country will replace it for free. has this happened to anyone after a short time of having their lift?

i guess my real question is, are rough country's products really this bad? or did i just get unlucky? i dont go wheeling all that often, maybe twice every 2 weeks.

ok once i looked at the problem a little closer i saw that the bottom leaf turned a good 1.5" to 2" and the " cracks" that i saw were just shadows playing with my eyes. after i tapped the bottom leaf back into place its still sagging on the one side with a loaded jeep as bad as it was before. sorry for leading you guys in the wrong way with the "cracks" . and with the pictures im still waiting for my brother to send me them but ill get them up as soon as i get them.

Any reason why it's sagging to the one side?
