I know I'm not the only person that has experienced the factory welds breaking on the clutch pedal but what some of the ways to fix this? Ex. How to remove? Do I simply just run a bead along the entire thing to prevent cracking? I'm sure the fix it so weld a bead along it but how do I remove the clutch pedal or do I have to remove the entire clutch/brake assembly?

You will need to take the pedal assembly out. Fixed mine in a Lowes parking lot with brazing rod, fixed it proper(welding, four corner tack weld) when I got home.
Something I did when I put it back together was rotate the pedal forward about 3/16ths inch, got back in line with the other pedals.
