For the whole story, read the next paragraph. I have summed that up in the next couple lines. I have new ceramic pads(2nd set), rotors and calipers. lubbed all spots and still squell, its like scuffing the pads help but i cannot do that every 50 miles. What could be the problem?
I have a 98 sport 4wd. When i bought my cherokee i replaced all front brake compnents. Pads, Rotors and Calipers. I bought the cheap pads and they have always worked for me in the past, but after 50 miles or so they started squelling, took them off and sprayed "disc brake quite on the back of the pads and all contact points besides the rotor and where the pad touches the rotor. I also scuffed up the pads with a wire brush, put it all back together and about 50 or so miles later they started squelling again. Took the old pads back to advanced auto and told them they where squelling and everything was brand new. they let me pay the difference of the old pads and the new CERAMIC pads (high dollar sno squell pads. They told me not to lube the back because they were already coated with something. 50 or so miles later they start squelling again. called them back, told them what was going on and they told me to lube them and that i have gooten some miss information about not lubing them. lubbed them yesterday and they still squell. Also asked them if it could be bad rotors and they say they have never had a problem with the standard rotors they sell. What could be happening?

usually it's the metal content in the brake pad that causes the noise, more metal, more noise. These cermanics really should not be the cause, but stranger things have happened. if you are on good terms with the parts store, exchange these for a cheaper set of metal ones. i know, sounds weird. i run a harder metal pad and get no squealing from them, they do chew up the rotor faster, but i am pretty easy on brakes, but when i load them up, i wanna stop now!
check the rotors, are there any small grooves forming yet? really there should not be, since you have only driven 100 miles or so. if they are starting to groove already, your hard on brakes. just kidding!
you have lube all contact points with in the pad to caliper areas, unless you have a bent wear tab? squealer tab?

Glaze would be from new rotors and pads over heating during the break in. Quality pads should have a thin coat to prevent this but sometimes its not enough. You need to be easy on the brakes for the first couple hundred miles so not to over heat them and cause this glaze effect.
