Ok so a few days ago it flooded in the parking lot at work and i decided it would be fun to drive around in it. It was probably about 10 inches of water and i passed through a few times. Now for the past few days i feel like the brakes are weaker and i cant stop on the brakes like i used to could have. Basically i feel like im pressing down the pedal more than i used to and its softer. No obvious leaks or anything but what should i look for or has anyone had this problem before?

you probably removed some rust on the hard line, so it's leaking along the body.
could also be a wheel cylinder or possibly even the master/booster.
it sounds like you got air in the lines.

time to take them apart... there is a chance that you washed the brake dust from inside your drum into your shoes and got them cruddy... also you may have damaged a seal somewhere.

yeah, if the hard line is crusty, look for a wet spot.
also, pull your drums and check your pads. they could've come apart.
if you are leaking, you should see fluid spots.

I looked with the tire still on today and everything looked okay where the hard line goes into the soft line but clearly i couldnt see the calipers... If the rear was shot would i be able to tell sense it does like 20% of the stopping compared to the front?

look on the inside of the rear tires for any fluid leaking from inside the drums.
check the insides of the front and rear tires for wet marks.
