Brakes on Dana 30
I have a 96 XJ and took out the axel due to it being broke and changing gears, I unbolted calipers and left them hooked up to brake lines
The new axel is a Dana 30 out of a 86 4 cyl XJ with posi lock and 373 gears,
I went to bolt on my brakes and they don't seem to fit right. The bolts for sliders match up but I can't get pads to fix.
Am I missing something or do I need to buy new calipers ? The axle came with Some on them but there don't fit that great and seem to be frozen anyways

They make two different styles of axles. One using different pads calipers and rotors then the other. you have to change all of that over from the other axle.
