Fix the leak first!!!!!

Inspect and adjust the rear shoes.

 

just as an update, I replaced the brake booster and the brakes are working a lot better but there is a new problem now, the rear brakes will stick and when i try to hit the gas it jumps. I tried to adjust the brakes in the back but it didn't help much. Any ideas??
