Default Brake Shoe help

Im replacing my brake shoes and I put the new ones on exactly how i took everything off and I tried to put the drum on and it barely goes on and barely turns. The adjuster is fully adjusted as small as it can be. What can I do? Did they give me the wrong shoes?

does it just feel a little tight?

if you can turn it by hand without the tire on then it will be fine

if the aduster is down as low as it can , try gently tapping the shoes up or down as they might not be dead centre.
should do the trick.
failing that clean rust from inside the drum its self.

X2 on tapping to center them. If they were the wrong size you wouldn't have been able to get the drum on IMO. But as a test, if you still have the old shoes hold one up against the new shoe and compare them.

Just changed mine yesterday-parts guy asked me if I had 9 or 10" drums. I am thinking the 10s are for towing package?

I guessed 9s & was right-maybe you got sold 10s?
