Default Brake Lights HELP?

ive recently replaces my brake light switch in my 98 jeep cherokee and have noticed the my brake lights come on at different times like my passenger comes on in a snap like its supposed too but my driver side is very sluggish at coming on. Any advice on solving this matter?

Pull the bulb and check both it and the socket for corrosion.

i just checked the bulb and socket no corrosion what so ever almost looks like a new bulb.

Did you clean your grounds? There are 2 in the trunk (drivers side) under the trim panel that are often overlooked.

i did not but i did change the buld and notice that the passager side seems to be getting more power then driver side so ill look at the grounds and clean those off just to be sure

It certainly won't hurt and it's an easy and very inexpensive maintenance task.
