Exclamation Brake issue please help

Ok so on my second leg journey of my trip this weekend to my buddy's in la. I was coming home. Didn't hit the brakes at all the whole way down the i15 until I got off the freeway brakes were ok I start to get on the windy hilly part of the road home ad the pedal is soft! Not super soft just the first part of the travel where it's normally firm is just free play. Thankfully I was able to make it home in once piece thanks to downshifting. So I parked it last night( early this morning really) and looked at it just now after work the rear drums are dry the hose and line is ok the passenger caliper and line is fine and dry. Get to the driver side everything is clean looking! It's brake fluid I figured he'll I popped a hose no big deal popped the hood check the master and its full! Clutch master is full! All under the brake master is soaked. I cleaned it off and started it up the pedal feels ok now and can't find a leak or a loss of fluid! Is my jeep possessed ?

I'm thinking its water absorbed into the fluid boiling off. The fluid looks dirty and kind of marbled I think I will flush the system and clean up the master and the seal on the lid

Sounds like a bad seal on the booster either between the body and booster or booster and master. Good luck.

It's not like its leaking from the booster seal or any where on the master the lid was covered and so was the master like it lost the seal on the lid
