Default Brake help..

Every time I go to brake I have to floor the brake to stop my jeep. Even pressing the brake lightly or tapping it a little doesn't stop it or slow it down. I have no idea why it's doing this or how. Any ideas?

Check the vacuum hose on the brake booster.

Jack it up, put a stand under it and see if you can spin the wheel when a helper pushes the brake.

I agree with the guys on the booster possibly being bad. The seals on your MC piston could be bad too allowing fluid past when you push the brake pedal. I'v ehad this happen to me with several clutch master Cylinders in my Toy truck I had.

Another thing to check is your rear brake shoe's adjustment.
