Default Bought a 93 XJ and need help! First Timer!

I was real excited to get my "new" 93 XJ with a fresh rebuilt motor only to find out it wont pass inspection and I cant find the parts I need. On the front suspension there are "saddles" the springs sit down into. They are rusted out and deemed a safety issue. I am brand new to the jeep family and need some help locating these parts. My only other option so far is to have them fabricated. HELP! I can post pictures of the rusted out portion if needed!

I think the part might be a front coil spring mount. Please confirm.

Try Google search for "Jeep XJ coil spring perch" or "coil spring mount". I am not an expert on this but I believe the old ones will have to be cut out and new welded onto the axle. It might be a fair amount of work that you will probably have to have a good fab shop do. If you have extensive rust there is a good chance that you have lots of other rust on the floor pan, rear quarter panels and inboard of the rocker panels especially directly behind the front wheels. Also especially check the brake and fuel lines that run along the inside of the driver side unibody "frame", the rear brake line across the rear axle, and gas tank straps. All of these are safety issues if extensively damaged by rust.
Lesson learned: spend at least a half hour crawing under any vehicle you consider buying, looking for rust, damage and dumb fixes. Extensive rust can be very difficult or time consuming to repair properly.

If the spring perches in the front are that far gone, there will be quite a bit more rust on the vehicle. Before you sink ANY money into the truck, crawl underneath and check for rust. Otherwise you may be throwing a lot of money into a vehicle that may be too far gone to be worth it.

Worst case scenario, you can sell the truck for parts. How much did you pay, if you don't mind me asking.
