Hello all..
So I'm about to get my new fuel pump assembly to fix my annoying and barely working fuel gauge. I can get the Bosch pumps on ebay for $120, but I'm seeing two model numbers...
Bosch 67658
Bosch 67649
They seem to look a little different, and the 67649 says for 1997-1998 whereas the 67658 says for 1997-2001. I have a 98 Sport. Confusing. Anyone know which one should I get?

The 49 and 58 are both listed for your 98 on Rockauto.com where for mine (97 post update) only the 58 is listed. I would go for the 58 therefor, but do you have to OEM part number to verify?

I think the 49 is the OEM part I saw in another thread. Just wondering what anyone else has might have replaced it with. I will probably go with the 58

For $120, you are most likely only going to get the fuel pump, NOT the entire "fuel pump assembly" which will likely be in the $300 range for a Bosch, but worth every penny.
The "fuel pump assembly" consists of the entire shooting match....fuel pump, regulator, filter, sending unit.

Thanks guys...the more I look at the eBay link, the less confident I feel that it's the whole assembly. It simply says "Fuel pump module" I was hoping to save 80 bucks but I guess I'll pony it up for the peace of mind.
