I've made purchases from Rock Auto for more than seven years, never had any problems. Refunded for core returns. Their tech has always responded and provided good support.
Shipping costs are reasonable. Normally has an option for shipping USPS, smaller items First Class.
If you need some Mega Fuses try ... http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,ex...rttype,1000921

But have you ever had them ship the wrong part? It's all good until a mistake happens. That's when you find out what kind of people you're dealing with.

If you have a complaint or loss of communications with a salesperson, ask to speak to a supervisor.
You can also return items to Rock Auto through your online account. http://www.rockauto.com/orderstatus/orderstatus.php > then click on Order Status of the order number.
Select Reason from drop box.
Part Not Wanted
Part Didn't Fit
Broken / Defective
Missing Part
Shipped Wrong Part
Then select Update Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days, a few items, such as sale & discounted items, may be marked as non-returnable.
https://www.rockauto.com/lang/en/policy.html
According to their return policy Rock Auto will refund shipping costs only if it was their mistake, otherwise the customer needs to pay for shipping.
Any mismatch in part numbers can be found from your account and on-line receipt. Just print the receipt for your order and include it in the return noting you were sent the incorrect part. (I would also make sure the part is not a substitute, parts are sometimes substituted, using different part numbers)
The part should be unused and never installed.
It's good practice to double check parts before installation, to make certain you have the correct ones.

Ha ha!
They were so obviously wrong they didn't get anywhere near being installed. It was an exhaust system and the parts they sent didn't even match each other, let alone the truck for which they were intended.
They were also packaged so badly that it was a miracle they arrived intact. (Just loose in a big box. Not one shred of protection of any kind.)
Of course RA made it clear that they had better come back in like new condition or there would be no refund. And of course, in that case, I would pay shipping both ways, and would not get the parts back, either. Yeah, if they are not happy with the condition of a return, they keep the parts, and ALL the money, including the return shipping. Have you ever read the return policy?
Even with multiple pictures and plenty of other evidence (links to online documentation of the correct dimensions), they continued to insist it was the correct exhaust system. Oh, did I mention that the parts didn't even fit each other? Yes, I had photos showing that, and photos comparing them side by side to the old system (which I had removed). There wasn't any question about it being completely wrong.
And of course, they were quite rude about it.
Search the 'Net and you'll find plenty of people have had the same problem with RA.

I don't know exactly what to say. I've never personally have had this sort of problem with Rock Auto and other auto parts vendors. These are high volume discounters that purchase huge amounts of inventory, most compiled in large warehouses, some of which may be drop shipped from other locations.
Not your local auto parts store. I try to do research prior to making purchases online.
As for exhaust parts, many are universal and manufactured to be modified. OE/Direct Fit exhaust parts are usually only verified and certified with the manufacturer's OE compatible product line.
I don't have any details about your problem. Were these parts OE/Direct fit? You ordered a down/mid or tail pipe and it was bent incorrectly, the wrong length? Inlet and outlet diameters and lengths are incorrect? The wrong muffler configuration? You were sent the wrong part(s) with no part number(s) or were mislabelled?
