bogging at low rpm's???

bogging at low rpm's???
so my 1990 cherokee keeps bogging at lower rpms when im starting off in each gear...? any ideas of wats going on?

You sunk it in water. Stick with that thread, its most likely caused by moisture still in the truck somewhere. Or its something caused by corrosion from you sinking it. Check all connections, check everywhere water could be.
