It's easy if you don't plan on using your A/C . I put a switch in the dash to turn the A/C compressor on or off hooked a line to the pump to a automatic shut off switch 125psi you can set it were you want it to stop. ran a air hose to a 4 gallon tank. it works great I can even run air tools on it. right now I got the tank in my trunk
I gotta find a better spot for it.

You forgot to mention that you HAVE to have an in line oiler. Without one, you will burn up your compressor in short order. The OEM A/C compressors used the coolant as a lubricant, so there has to be an oiler put on the inlet side of the compressor. HTH!!

Here is my set up. I wanted to retain the AC and have good OBA so I mounted a compressor beside the AC. Lots of guys run a dry crankcase and then spuirt oil down the air intake. But I will be using mine for air lockers and wanted continuous use, so I rigged up some ARB solenoids and oil trap to return the oil the the crankcase automatically.
