Default blue wire under rear seat

I recently got a 2001 jeep cherokee limited, it has an after market head unit in it. While messing around with it i noticed there is a blue 13 pin din wire under the rear seat. Anybody know if this was a stock amp thing or if the previous owner was messing around with something.

I would guess it's aftermarket but you can check the build sheet for your XJ using the VIN number (on the jeep.com website look for "equipment listing") and it will tell you all the packages and options your XJ came with from the factory.

I'm guessing it's an amp wire. Could be a cd changer.

Also don't know if the connector is blue, or if the wire wrap is blue.

Pics Plz
