Default Blown tail light fuse

I had a RH tail light out , the Only light out BTW. After checking every bulb . I found a small 10a fuse blown , I replaced it and everything was good. Now a month later taillight is out again blown fuse again !
I'm assuming I have a wiring issue?
Has anyone experienced this same issue And what did you find ?

The rears get a lot of moisture in the housings.
First clean & if necessary sand both sockets really well.
Add a little dielectric grease.

I just had a issue somewhat similar to yours although my fuse didn't blow. I pulled the rear panel off and found that my connector for my wires where corroded and melted.

The dark area on the connector is actually all melted and burnt.
