Drove it all the way home and when I stopped for gas I got nothing Lights are bright. The tow guys tryed to jump it. When was filling it up i did turned the key on to see how much gas I put in. Then I did it again i tryed to start it without stepping on the brake and the brake light came on. My nephew said he had some problems with it not cranking. He said it had to do with the brakes. Any ideas before I dive into this? Maybe just the ignition switch?

The starter relay is good. When I pull the relay and jump it it cranks and starts. I am not getting power to fuse 19 that goes to the relay whet the ignition is in start mode. Could there be anything else that would keep the power from going to the relay? Cant find any good wirering diagrams

 

Is it an auto?
Does it start if you wiggle the gear shift handle?
Check/clean/NSS

 

It is a auto. Just tried the jiggle thing and nothing. I did replace the NSS about a year ago when I replaced the flex plate but yea I will check the connection. I just looked at it when this started. One thing thats killing me is IF you have to have your foot on the brake to start it how does that work? Cant find any info on that.

I would check your grounds for battery,alternator & starter wires.
