Default blower only works on high

I am curious if this looks like a switch issue, or if there is a relay somewhere that needs to be replaced?

whats that mean? will I need a new blower motor? Or can I bust out the soldering iron and replace the resistor?

Just replaced mine 2 weeks ago. I had the same problem. On mine it's behind the glove box. I think the part was around 25 bucks
