Blower motor resistor

Blower motor resistor
Can anyone help me locate the blower motor resistor on a 2000 XJ ? I have the glove box taken out and the kick panel removed as well but I still can't locate the resistor. Does anyone have any videos or directions as to where the resistor is at behind the glove box?
