Default Is it the blower motor?

I have a 1999 Cherokee Sport 4.0l. So recently I have been using my heater and there is a squeal/grumble noise when I hit a bump or make turns. I figured it was a bad bearing, but is it on the blower motor? If it is the blower motor where is it located? Please Help. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure it's the blower motor, this is the second winter it's happened. I found out where it is, it's next to the A/C compensator, scuba tank looking thing.

Easy enough to pull the blower motor and inspect the blades for damage and do a bench test.

Have you done this?
