Out of interest, how do you measure that? As in, what do you measure where and how?

I would set the controls to ON and measure from the blown fuse to earth.

It should not be a short

There are 2 fuses in mine, one in the PDC, one in the fuse block

after the fuses, work along the line

dont forget to disconnect battery +
