Hi all,
I just got my 2000 XJ Sport back and the passenger-side parking light does not work. When I use the blinkers, the right works fine, but the left blinks way too fast (and dimmer than the right). When the headlights are on, the passenger turn signal indicator on the dash is always on. All the bulbs in the front passenger orange lights were replaced, and that did not fix the issue. I did have the header panel off to replace the radiator, so I'm guessing that has something to do with it. Any advice?

Just something to start with. Good luck.

 

That combination suggests a poor ground for that socket but yoy mention parking light in the singular - but there are 2. They have a common ground, so if both are behaving the same that rather confirms my suspicions. If, however one's OK, that narrows it down a bit.
