Default Blew a hose, now it's running rough

I had a hose blow on me last week, the little one coming out of the t-stat housing. Ever since my jeep's been idling a bit rough. I cleaned some connections and it improved, but it still sputters a bit when I'm stopped in gear. MPGs seem a bit low too but it is getting colder out. Is there anything else I should look at? It's a 1990 with a 4.0 and AW4.

Check the distributor cap and plug wires. Remove the cap and make sure all is dry underneath.

It was dry. I cleaned the cap and rotor and it seemed to help a bit. I just put a can of seafoam into it so we'll see if it gets better. Otherwise I think I'm about due for a tune up.

Oil and coolant are uncontaminated.

Can't imagine what Seafoam would correct that coolant caused.

No, but temps have been all over the past week. My jeep sat for a few days so I just wanted to cover the possibility of water in the tank.
