I have searchd for an hour and cant find that thread, My search-Fu is weak.

My 2000 XJ will not blow out of the floor vent's. The defrost and vent's work great. My plastic blenddoor arm is broken off, the actuator is working. I thought I read someone had a fix for this problem? Pulling that box is gonna be a pain........

Any ifo on this, Please?

if you spend some time looking for the right size screw that will tread in there with out to much force but will be tight to hold them togeather

So it's safe to assume no one know's anything about this? Sly is the only one with this problem? I should go into a diatribe of cursing at this moment..... Fully expecting that to cure my problem?

I'm gonna show you what my problem is, repair it (with rampant oversized pic's) and a boring 19 page monologue of the entire procedure. And I fully expect your undivided attention. I will accept no question's, criticism, nor talking during this period of enlightenment.


Tomorrow, Fri. 2/18/11. Homemade cb antenna mount instalation

Sat 2/19/11. 2in lift install (if my shock's arrive in time)

Next week, heater blend door repair.

 

Antanna mount is complete and installed. I need a new coax cable, then I'm done with the cb install. Your lucky the ole lady took the mem card outta my phone = no pic's.

Shock's did not arrive today. Soez, no school tomorrow.


2/21/11, still no shock's and a dtc p1445? or sone ldp ckt of mechanical fault crap to deal with now.......
