Hey guys I just picked up a 97 and I knew it had heat problems I have done all my checks and read through a ton of threads I know 100% it is the blend door. I could not find a good pictorial of how to fix. I read that I can cut the box so I dont have to rip the whole dash out. Could some one lead me to some good pictures or a good write up

 

Which blend door? What issue are you having? There are at least three doors in there.
