My cherokee came with the KM1s and he got a little over 42,000 on em when he sold the jeep to me.He went trail riddin all over the place. I just put a new set of 31-10.50-15 KM2s on. They seem to be a little softer than the KM1s but it may just be because of time and weather. I really like mine so far.

 

I am in Canada as well and have logged 40,000km on mine they are about 1/2 tread. Have to constantly balance and rotate, I think the km1's were better.... Maybe at's next time?????

 

ive run the bfg mudders on my full size 88 chevy sense 89. as long as u stay up on the air pressure and rotate them often ull get amazing wear on and off road. ive gotten around 70k per set and im on my 4th.

 

I'm running the KM2's in 33x10.50-15 on 7" wheels.
I run a set of 5, rotate them every 3000 miles and keep up with air pressure. I have no idea what hydrating tires is.
I too am in AZ, daily drive the rig and wheel it in the rocks.
I've got 24k miles on mine and by the looks of them they will go at a minimum another 24k and still have lots of tread for wheeling.

You mentioned chunking... mine have not chunked yet... My SuperSwamers chunked badly, and my BFG AT ko's even chunked, but the KM2's have not... and I've been harder on the KM2's than I was the others.
