Yeah, I have 2.5" cat back with some kind of Flowmaster. That dent isn't even something I'd be asking about if I wasn't planning on installing a different header eventually. I have an M62 with Split Second (7th injector) so I'm basically geeking out and trying to see every little thing I can do here and there to squeeze more out of it all.

Speaking of headers, is there a company that makes a 3" header? My friend told me Borla did, but I can't find it. I want to read about it if it actually exists.

I've never seen any mention of a 3" header of any brand.

There have been threads in the past in reference to increasing the performance of the 4.0L. For an inline six I believe it's top dog in it's class as is compared to other ones with similar set ups. Years back JP mag who at the time I reckon had unlimited funds decided to build one until it blows. If I remember correctly they got just shy of 800hp.
