You pretty much got it right there. A few hints: Dakota springs have bigger center holes, make sure you have someone to help you, stay patient, make SURE you get V8 springs, I was told that G.cherokee i-6 springs give you an inch WRONG!!! you get a 2 inch DROP.

yes, ive serch all over this website before i ask, i allready have the v8 springs from a limited 5.9 , I didnt know about the dakota leafs, thanks for the advise, sonner or later will post some pics from my xj, and 4 xmas i think i've have the RE coil springs spacers 1.75 thick.. so, in combination with the zj springs and a pair of used insolators from the same zj would have a litte more than 3 inch, and in the back???... like 3.5inch i think..

I was able to buy 4" coils for $40 and I am getting springs from either s-10 or durango, and I just bought dt baja ryders, great shocks, but when I got up to 3" where it is now I have a wobble so I just ordered an adj track bar and lower control arms to correct it,id you stay at 3" or below you may get away with out those items,if you go up any further there is a very good chance you will have issues with the front end.
When I am done I will have close to $600 into it and I was trying to be cheap.

I know, shocks, control arms, and track bar were $500. There was no way around it due the dreaded death wobble.
I could have bought inexspensive shocks and just relocated track bar,and saved about $250,but I got what I thought would be best.

He's obviously new to this forum, if you aren't going to help out then shut up and don't even reply. I can't stand the pretentious guys like you that waste everybody's time with bs posts.

Hmmm Where to start.
How about I DID help him out. I told him to do a search on his topic. It's been covered before MANY times.

How about reading the READ ME Thread. Where the moderator asks not to post questions like this in tech area.

It a not so subtle nudge to get the poster to do some homework first.
This question gets asked here every day by every new member! Usually within his first 3 posts.
Spend a few days lurking here and do SEARCHS on your topic of interest.
I can guarentee your question has been asked before in some way or other.
If the same question gets asked every day the guys with the knowledge are gonna stop coming here. They are looking for NEW problems to help solve. They are looking for challenges.

And it's obvious you don't know me.
