Arrow Best on road 3" lift

With my new XJ - lookig to add 31" shoes with a lift somewhere between 3 - 4" lift.

The lift would be new leaf pack, not a AAL.
I want to add Bilstein 5100 shocks (have them on my Dub J - love em)

Options:
RE 3.5"
Rusty's 3"
IRO 3"
OME??

I didnt list RC, aint they the same as IRO?

Which would be best to match the Bilsteins? THe XJ would be mainly on road during the week with weekend off roading

If you go to for sale and look at the venders thread there has been a lot of discussion on RC. I think they have solved the bushing problem, but everyone is upset about their leaf packs being to short. The thread was started by a RC rep, and he is addressing all concerns. He is being proactive which is nice. Everyone says their customer service is 2nd to none, and will continue to use them for that reason alone.
I'm looking to add about the same size lift also so doing alot of homework. For that kind of money you don't want to settle. I'm leaning toward the Rubicon Express myself. Its pricey but seems to be a solid kit.
Just my 2 cents

No IRO, no rustys.
Old man emu or RE only.
Buy ome from dpgoffroad
Buy RE from seriousoffroadproducts

The ome kit will come with ome shocks..which are as good as 5100s.

For a 3.5 kit by one of the 2 brands ive suggested your looking at around a 1000 bucks

i have the IRO 3" with full leafs. the ride is pretty stiff 2 months later. but its great offroad. if you're staying on road i wouldnt recommend it. i also got the hydro RC shocks so maybe some Bilstiens would help, but idk.

I just put a 3 1/2" ome lift on my 99 with 31" tires The ride was very rough with some vibration.I ended up installing some IRO adj lower control arms and 4 degree axle shims.
After a couple hours off road it to help settle things out it now rides pretty nice. I got the ome nitroshocks and the dual rate leafs.

BDS. Nice on and off road, and in 4 or 5 years since I lifted it hasn't lost even a bit. Their front coils are super nice too.
See my sig. I"m very happy with the packs coils and TB. The discos are sweet too. I'm running BDS shocks currently but plan on going to 5100s in summer.

Where do you buy 3.5" OME lifts? Quadratec etc only has 1.5", Rocky Road has them but you have to have spacers / blocks?
