for front and rear tow points you could get a rear tow tow hitch and for the front get the factory tow hooks, all of which you can find at the junkyard.

heres a few that i've done in the short time i've had my 01 xj...
-driving lights~ to suppliment the weak headlights
-greased all the greasable fittings
-fixed the drivers door speaker~ an easy fix with a little wire and a couple connectors!
-ran seafoam through intake and fuel
-replaced front swaybar bushings
-air filter upgrade
-painted the steel wheels gloss black
-put in brackets to hold a maglite
-rubbermaid tote for the back to hold spare fluids, tiedowns, etc...

planning on upgrading speakers, changing all the fluids, upgrading factory headlights, 2in lift, larger tires, better exhaust...

My personal favorite mod was ripping out the door buzzer. That thing made me go crazy!

Being new to modifying my Cherokee, I've found the responses very interesting. I would also like to know what one modification you have performed that you consider the best thing you've done to your Jeep or given you the most bang for your buck.
