Belt squeal on 96 xj

Default Belt squeal on 96 xj
If i tighten the belt alot it goes away except when accelarate, its really annoying

How old is the belt? Check for cracking

I don't know about the newer XJ's but on the older ones, the has to be stupid tight or it'll squeal.
