Hey all, I've got an 84 two door with the GM 2.8 V6 needing a clutch kit. There's almost nothing left of the 9 1/8" clutches left and they're crazy expensive, and I can get an S10 flywheel and clutch for less than half.
My worry is the S10 unit is about 1/2" bigger diameter and the pressure plate will also be larger, and I'm wondering if that will fit in the Jeep T5 bellhousing? I don't know if the bellhousing dimensions were different between the two V6 T5's, although apparently the bolt pattern to the trans itself was different.
