German torque, plus LocTite #242.
If there's an actual spec, and I have it in a manual, it's on my site (Tech Index has torque charts from FSMs,) but I've not used them when swapping bellhousings around.
It's probably somewhere around 35-40 pound-feet, given fastener size and the fact that you're clamping an aluminum casting.
