The best way to describe the texture of the Rustoleum Truck Bed Coating is 80 grit sand paper. The Herculiner is a "Chunky" kind of coating, where the Rustoleum is a gritty type.

Thinking about doin the inside of mine with Herculiner and a texture spray gun from harbor freight. Maybe throw some on the entire undercarriage as well. I want as little noise as possible so I'll be using rubber floor padding as well. I'll do the normal picture posting as I go.

When you are doing all this what do you do about bolt holes etc.? I want to strip my entire Jeep this summer and repaint/bedline/whatever I decide the entire body, inside and out, wheel wells, engine bay etc. I've never done this though and am not sure how much this would interfere with remounting everything (engine, tranny, seats, dashboard, door handles, you name it).
anybody tried out the rust-o-leum undercoating spray(can)? i've used the dupli-color undercoating spray and it pretty nice. did my receiver, frame, wheel wells, overhead light(front), rear speaker faces, and the little light in the back. love the stuff. its smoother than bed liner so i love the texture even more. im looking to do my rocker panels but don't want to spend $100 on herculiner and a spray gun...
