Default Bearing stuck in transfer.

I am in the process of rebuilding my transfer case and have run into an issue. I noticed that the kit included a new bearing for the front output shaft. I tried by best to get it out but it broke and now the outer race is stuck in the case. there is a little room between the case and the bottom of the race. Is there a way to get it out? do I need a particular tool?

You need to tap it out using something of the same diameter like a huge socket, or a bearing tool.
You could (VERY carefully, and I don't recommend) tap at it incrementally around the edge with a
hammer and an old socket extension.
Work your way around in a star pattern with one or two raps at each point.
Disclaimer: please don't flame me if you break something....lol

It's actually the one that is in the case half so there isnt a way to get to it is hammer it out. I have tried to fold it and remove it but it breaks into little pieces. I tried making a tool out of a washer that fit under the edge of it but i couldnt get it to budge.

it is the roller bearing in the rear half of the case. I ended up taking screwdrivers and a hammer and over the course of an hour got the thing cut enough to pull it out. My case is marked up but it is out... time to get all the old rtv off. As much as I searched all I could find is that there is a tool for it but I couldnt find pics of anything.

If you had room behind the race, you could have used a slide hammer bearing puller. I don't know if a parts house rents them tho.
