Default BB spacers installed

can someone post a picuture of how your spacers are installed on the front? i got some and they dont seem to go on all the way. thanks

ok, where the mount point comes down from the body, there are two 1/2 inch or so gasket looking rings and then my 2 inch bb sits flush on them with the springs resting in the groove in the bottom of the bb. make sure its not upside down? or put some weight on it to see if it sits true? good luck! they look nice when done! and sorry no pics...

u have to pull the bump stop off. if you havnt done that already

u pull the little rubber thing off and then there should be a bolt all the way in the cup take that out and they will slide right in

On my 87 I was told to use a monkey wrench and twist the bump stops off in the front. Maybe the 89 is different. But you might want to be prepared when you go to install them and have a monkey wrench handy.

how do i get the little rubber thing off the bottom? my driver side is the only side that has the rubber thing and the "lip". the passenger side is different

figured it out. thanks. my jeep was so covered in mud didnt realize the bump stop was two pieces of metal until i found this pic on another website.
