3 of my rims have flat spots on them from sitting on flat tires for over a year so I need new rims in a bad sort of way..Those will come in september...gotta get all the mechanical stuff done and the lift in then I may swing for some 31's and new rims..

Hmm tint would be nice but not essential...I need new bumpers next and I want a rear one with tire carrier...no roof rack for me I'd rarely use it...I also one some rocker protect, t-case skid and gas tank skid and some other things..protect and bumpers are my number one thing atm after what I have my current list done..

Hmm could be hitting something could be a lot of things..First you need to do as ya said look..have someone turn the wheel as you watch what happens to see what's not turning properly and so forth.. Basically something in the steering process is not turning and could be binding or something..Now did this happen before the alignment or after the alignment? Also could be hitting the control arm and not allowing it to turn..I dunno lots of possibilities to look at..
Basic front end pick of steering components..

before and after alignment. it seems like it would be somewhere behing the axle because it only hits when turning right. ill take alook tomorrow. seems like it would be the lower control arm but at the same time idk

Hmm yeah take a look and take pics and post em so we can take a gander and maybe help out on it. My guess is when it turns either something is binding or it's hitting the LCA...How much backspacing did you get on those rims?

Yep if the track bar is installed wrong then yes that could cause it since the track bar end that has the bend is suppose to conect to the frame mount and the other end to the ale end.
alright the turning is fixed. but now i am getting this crazy wobble of the front susp;ension when i hit big bumps, the front end will starting freaking out and studdering until i slow down to almost 5 mph then it will stop. this mostly happens around 40-50 mph. what could this be. i looked and everything looks to be installed perfect.
i think its my track bar, it only started wobbling yesterday after i moved my track bar over to fix my steering. its also way out of alignment again. so if i order an adjustable track bar it should go in the orginal hole right? after that get an aligment and it should be fixed..i hope
