Default Ball joints or links

I notice that after backing from "park" and make a a left turn of more than 90 degrees it feels like I run over a small stone or hard object that cause s the jeep to jerk a little bit. I jacked the wheels & wiggled it horizontally & vertically but wheels are stable so I am ruling out bearing. is it ball joint or links?
Thank you for your input Bros!

auto hubs? if so its because your fornt end is engaged so it will jerk like that all the time my jeep does it too, im goin to install manual warn hubs and it will fully dis engage your front end and no more jerking and better mpg

your talking about control arms? when you say links? could be some slop in the bushings if they're OEM.... or could be axle shaft u-joints, they pop when you turn the wheel...

ball joint test, jack up a front wheel and push up on the tire if you have up and down slop then thats your ball joints.... then face the tire and push on the tire at like 8 and 2 ... if it wiggles then its wheel bearing/hub assembly

or you could be running over a squirrel that you can't see

Is your rig lifted? Bigger tires? Could it be your tire rubbing on your control arm? Mine do, and it feels similar to this.
