Can't seem to fit them anywhere? I know they go on some as I've seen bleepin jeep do one but my hole is smaller and it won't fit? Did they get rid of them at a certain year or something?

dunno for sure but they could be an adaptor...like, if your hub had a larger hole (5/8") you'd install it to accomodate the new ball joint (1/2")

Nah I know where it's ment to go but my hole on the 96 knuckle isn't big enough to fit one. Just not sure if it was fazed out or something? There wasn't one in there before, Just hope I done it right as it was my first time.

looking at rockauto, both 89 and 99 can take the same Moog balljoint. #K100056
didn't look at other parts for reference, but i'll fall back to my original "like a spacer" idea tho with a purpose, so i think it's safe to assume "use it if ya need it"??
'89 don't...'99 do

found a thread on rotors and calipers and hubs earlier today and a lot of shops will swap out one side to newer version etc etc...so maybe it's included just in case

Yeah I contacted the shop I bought them from and they said toss it in the bin. Said they were used on the old xjs, 1990 onwards don't use them
