I would imagine, if you hammer on a socket, or star wrench or something similar, and use enough leverage, you can break it loose, even if you have to break the stud.. you are going to have all that junk off anyway when you replace the UBJ, so you can replace the stud then.

This is the route I would go. If you don't have a tool that would do the job, borrow it from someone you may know or just met. Many other wheelers in my area have helped me out the day of meeting them.
I don't know what type of rim and lugs you are running but if you can get a cut off wheel in there I would just chop it off and replace the stud after.
