Bad Water Pump Or Clogged Radiator?
Been working on my Cherokee for the past couple days.
I just changed my thermostat and the radiator cap for the heck of it.
I had it in idle and the temp creeps up and then back down, for the most part it doesn't seem to be overheating, and for some it'll be like "what's the problem then?".
I squeezed the top radiator hose at normal temperature and the hose was quite hot and I felt no flow to the thermostat.
I also opened the radiator cap with it at idle from startup to about 210 and saw no sign of coolant flow.
My coolant reservoir, however, I saw it being sucked down and there's no sign of and leaking.
The electric fan also comes on at a little of 210.
Any thoughts, or is my Jeep running fine and am I just being paranoid?...

It's pretty easy to tell if the radiator is clogged.
Touch it all over. Is it warm / hot all over or is one end cool and the other hot........

If these symptoms arrived immediately after your cooling system work, (and it sounds like they did?) it's possible that you still have a bit of air in your cooling system.
Did you drain the radiator before doing the work or did you just pop the upper hose and let some drain out?
The cooling system on your 1993 XJ will usually bleed itself completely after about 3-4 complete heat up and cool down cycles. Be sure to add coolant to the reservoir as it bleeds itself.
Are you at this point yet? If not, get there and update us.
