I went to start my jeep today and it doesn't want to turn over. The voltage is fine, so I know its not the battery, and it sounds like it wants to turn but it doesn't have the strength. I'm assuming its the starter motor, but I wanted to check in here to see what you guys say.

 

Or bad grounds.check battery connections..its probably starter though jusy had mine rebuilt to

 

What does the voltmeter read while it's cranking slow?

 

It's strait up which I believe is 14 volts. Voltage doesn't drop at all so I'm pretty sure I just need a new starter motor.

 

If voltage ISN'T dropping, It's NOT the starter motor.
