Bad noises! Transfer case?

ok so thats the chain
and then if i pull on it i can get it to touch the housing
is that too much slack? theres no marks on the housing either

That's. Entirely. To much slack I think replacement. Is a must but everything. Else in there looks great and clean. From Wat I see. And check the sides to have u looked. At ur bearing. Where. The speed. Sensor goes could be your problem. To happened. To me
