Default Bad noises! Transfer case?

Ok so my 94 cherokee 4.0 5 speed starting making a couple terrible noises today that sounds like its coming from the transfer case but im not 100% sure thats where its at. The noise happens in every gear, when I give it gas it makes a constant squeaking noise that sound like a bad bearing kinda and then when i take my foot off the gas it turns into a constant clunking noise. it only makes the noise when in gear though, if I'm in neutral or i have the clutch in it makes no noise. Please help!

I'd have a look at the u-joints before worrying too much about the T-case.

I would also look at the ujoints first, they make a strange chirping sound when they are about to let loose. Put you jeep in nuetral and check them all for play.

ok today i drained the tranny and there was almost no fluid in it, it barely covered the bottom of the bucket it drained into. i filled it back up with new fluid and it still makes the noise..ive barely driven it since the noise started so i hope my tranny is ok. and i took a video of the noise ill post it.
