to have your jeep flexing over long periods of time?? like if i go to my friends house i like to park my rig on top of stuff but is that bad for the jeep??

Just don't open the hatch.

I have see 3 XJs personal "pop" when the hatch is opened while flex and they were never square again.

I keep my bone stock cherokee flexed all the time, no harm has come of it. You'll be ok as long as you got the bump stops like you should...
