Cool, No backfire? Dontchya know. Was getting lost in the FSM and they deem to call it something different. MAT maybe. Alittle dislexia and ADD make this a real joy! (minifold air temprature) Tam?

RS taggs. Put down the paint can and click on "new thread". You will be found by more people who might be able to help. And yea, probably a vacuum line. I've heard of blowing smoke in the lines to find where under the dash it's leaking. Also the "ball" down behind the left/front bumper might be cracked.

WHOOPS! Right front, (as if you were driving)

Resistance chart for both Coolant Temperature Sensor
-and-
Manifold Air Temperature
Coolant Temperature and Manifold Air Temperature Sensor Resistance Values
Approximate resistance your meter should show at the temperature shown in the chart.
NO resistance indicates a 'short' to ground - can be the sensor but will usually be a wire where the insulation has been abraded.
INFINITE resistance indicates an 'open / broken circuit. Can either be a broken wire or a bad sensor.

Glad you got it fixed bud! Everywhere you go to buy a new sensor its called the IAT but FSM's do list it as a MAT. Idk why its different lol I always go by IAT though.
