Default Back up lights

I have a 90 XJ and the back up lights stop working. I replaced the bulbs and thats not it. Dose anyone have any ideas on how to get them working again?

Aurora back up lights? I got a set for sale. Ha.
But seriously, NSS is on the driver side of the trans near the back. It's bolted on where the linkage connects.
