Yeah found this and I'm planning on building a wooden box type contraption. I have the layout basically planned out. The only thing I'm not really sure of is how I'm going to secure the drawers shut. I can't think of a good way for two drawers right next to each other with no wall above/below to lock shut... I'm thinking maybe one of those padlock setups like on a gate and then just dropping a big ol bolt through them.

I actually kind of like that idea, but not quite what I had in mind. I may end up putting a pocket on that side to at least make some use of that space...maybe fab up a kind of lock box....we'll see.

 

the design storage design actually works perfect! lots more room behind the little arch. does down deepa dn back. just be carfull not to pull on your tail light wires, other wise a mess will occur . i gave it a coat or 2 of a cheao bedliner for protection and call it even/ i tryd out the table idea and in/out, and i must say that it was awesome to spill in and wipe it up rather than on the carpet and stained.
