Default Back doors hard to open

Ok guys soo heres my dilema. Both back doors on my jeep are really hard to open. The drivers side will open if you push the button REALLY hard. The passengers side didnt open at all from the outside. But now my friend for some dumb reason put the child safety lock on so I cant even open the door from the inside for people. How can I get these doors to open properly? Is there anyway to adjust them..and How can I open the door with the child lock on..since It no longer opens from the inside and it never opened from the outside..

my jeep does the same thing. every once in a while I'll take the handles apart, there is a little thin piece of metal that the outside button strikes that opens the door latch. when the doors don't open right or get hard, I'll take them apart and bend the thin piece so it has more throw. that does the trick. I bet the replacement part is only a few bucks, but until they finally fully break the bend trick has been working for a few years.

take off your door panel and get some good quality spray on grease i use the white spray on lithium grease spray up all the linkage that controls the locks and then work it back and forth with your hand till its moves easily it may take a little but after a little work it will work like new do this to all your doors.

theres a couplle of screws in the handle to pull it closed and one or two in the window and or lock plate then the panel is just held in by clips
